The play is a newly written scenario based on Euripide’s ancient tragedy Vacchae about Dionissus and his maniac worship. A dystopic Sci-Fi scenery is composed of LED walls and real-time cameras of observation. The set design is based on accentuating the contradiction between the ancient world and digital reality. Directed by Yorgos Skevas and written by Giannis Mavritsakis.
